Food is life, and then some. With that said, paying for a meal of quality is an occasional necessity. Even the most avid discount hunters amongst us can’t always score a meal on the cheap.
Thankfully, from 1 July to 30 September 2018, Singapore Restaurant Festival is giving all ardent foodies a chance to dine and win a slew of prizes and dining vouchers. The premise is simple: The more you dine at any of the participating restaurants, the higher your chances of winning.
Every dining experience automatically earns you 1 stamp. You’re then given the opportunity to earn additional stamps through simple tasks such as settling the bill with your DBS/POSB Card or ordering a salted egg yolk dish.

You might have to venture down an alleyway to get to the eatery, but the lunchtime bento sets at The Flying Squirrel are well worth the hunt. Relive the nostalgia of old-school dim sum houses at Yum Cha where you can grab your favourite siew mais and har gaos from their roving trolleys. Aside from their liu sha bao, their salted egg prawn ball and prawns are equally raved about and worth every calorie.
Every now and then you’ll find one-off additions like their Coffee Liu Sha Bao for Father’s Day, and Steam Rose Floret Buns for Mother’s Day.

Sumptuous cuts of melt-in-your-mouth wagyu, uni, and caviar, are all premium ingredients most of us reserve for special occasions. And Fat Cow’s menu of A3-A5 cuts of wagyu and Kobe beef is reason enough for a fiesta.
