You Can Now Visit Sentosa Again, With Beaches And Attractions Like USS Finally Open To Public

Most of us had our vacation plans dashed with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, but now that Phase 2 is in full swing, it’s finally time to head out and celebrate our newfound freedom.

To revel in the holiday vibes we’ve missed so much, head over to Sentosa, which has finally opened its doors after months of the Circuit Breaker. Aside from the reopening of attractions, restaurants, and beaches, they’ve also prepared a whole slew of deals across the island to make your visit a much sweeter one.

Here’s what you can expect:


Discounted ticket prices for attractions like Madame Tussauds Singapore


Jetting overseas is still not an option, so as an alternative, visit the various attractions in Sentosa to alleviate your holiday withdrawals. Here are some of the places you can swing by at a fraction of the original entry prices:

To start with, catch some stunning panoramic views atop One Faber Group’s Singapore Cable Car Sentosa Line. Ticket prices that were typically $15/adult and $10/child have since been discounted to just $3 and $2 respectively – this promo is valid from now to 31st March 2021.

You can hop on the cable car at three places within Sentosa Island: Merlion Station, Imbiah Lookout Station, and Siloso Point Station. However, do note that the last boarding time is at 8PM.

Sentosa outings are best done with friends, and to make full use of your numbers, Madame Tussauds will be having a 1-for-1 promo for their tickets (U.P. $42 each). Snap these up quick as this deal only lasts until 4th August 2020.

If hurtling down thousands of feet isn’t your thing, you can skydive safely indoors at iFly Singapore. Singaporeans, PRs. and those with Work Permits can pick up a Local Teaser Package for just $56 (U.P. $160), with an option to snag another skydive FOC and a $20 merchandise voucher which you can use to offset the photos or videos of your flight, or even offset a Fly the Flyer flight.

However, do note that last flights will take place strictly half an hour before closing time, so plan your time accordingly.

Alternatively, you can see the sights by cruising down the island on a segway from GoGreen Segway. From now to 31st August 2020, a 250M ride for 1 person would cost just $9.90 (U.P. $17), while prices for a 2-person, 30-minute Segway Eco Adventure package will drop to $50 (U.P. $79)

If you’re keen to stick to the good ‘ol bicycle, no worries – they also offer a 1-hour bicycle rental for just $9.90 (U.P. $17)

Phase 2 is where we can make up for the time we’ve missed with our loved ones, and with an array of deals all lined up, the reopening on Sentosa has numerous options for your outings with families, friends, and couples alike.
