Sentosa might be the one spot in Singapore that we locals love as much as the tourists do, perhaps even more. And why not – it’s a huge island with plenty of family-friendly activities and has recently introduced so many new ones. If you haven’t already heard, there’s now an indoor go-karting facility, a new unicorn-themed beach club, and a mini golf course.
To top it all off, Sentosa Music Fest 2023 is happening from now till 3rd January 2024, giving us even more reasons to flock to the island. We’re talking free live jazz performances, countdown parties by the beach, and kid-friendly workshops.

On 25th November, the DJ Spin Off 2023 competition finals will be taking place at Sand Bar on Siloso Beach. 5 finalists will be mixing live for 15 minutes each to impress the judges, in a bid to be crowned the winner.
For the rest of us music lovers, head down to support the local talents and enjoy the beats by the sea. Admission is free btw.
While the parties are ticketed events, the picnic zones, drone show, and fireworks display will be free for all to enjoy.

Speaking of beach parties, Sentosa will be hosting a couple of them at the end of this year. First up is your chance to dance the night away at ZoukOut 2023 on 2nd and 3rd December.
This will be followed by the Sentosa Countdown Party to welcome 2024 on 31st December which will feature live performances, a drone show, and fireworks.
Beach Clubs Tipsy Unicorn, Coastes, Tanjong Beach Club, and Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett will all be having their own countdown parties too.
Plus, on the weekends of 8th-10th and 15th-17th December, get to watch live jazz performances for free at the waterfront area of Sentosa Cove. Both international and local artists will be performing from 7pm-10pm.
If you purchase a wine bundle ($230) or a wine and cheese bundle ($270), you can also get exclusive access to the upper deck for 4 pax. It also gives you a chance to win a 2D1N Mclaren Experience or exclusive merch.

Last but not least, there will be a string of Christmas music performances on 2nd, 9th, 16th and 20th-25th December featuring bands such as Lorong Boys and NTU Harmonix. These 30-minute performances will happen at the Glow Garden, beside Beach Station at 6.15pm and 7pm.
Feel free to bring along your furry friends for the weekend markets.

We’re not done with Sentosa’s extensive line-up of events for the end-of-year festive season. You can also look forward to festive markets on the weekend of 2nd-3rd December.
Those looking for something to do during the kids’ school holidays can consider joining the Family Fun Photography workshop on 25th and 26th November. $10 will cover a child and an accompanying adult; and budding photographers will get to learn the basics of camera settings and framing. If you’re a Sentosa Islander member, enjoy 50% off these tickets.

If you thought the countdown events were limited to party-goers only, here’s a pleasant surprise; there will be a family-friendly party taking place at Palawan Green earlier in the day on 31st December. There will be arcade games, a kids’ foam pool, ball pit, and face painting for the whole fam to hang out at the beach.
Apart from the general admission tickets, a family of 4 can get the Family Fiesta ($168) package inclusive of picnic food, a mat, and a game. If you’re feeling parched, get the Thirst Quencher ($58/pax) ticket which comes with 2 hours of free-flow beer from 5pm-7pm.
