Whine no more if you haven’t made plans for the upcoming long weekend! SAVOUR is back for the 2nd time this year, and they’re bringing the biggest food and wine festival in Singapore, so you can eat and drink to your heart’s content from 9th to 11th September.
Unlike SAVOUR Gourmet that was held from 12th to 15th May, SAVOUR Wines will focus on wine. It’ll be DOUBLE the size, with an all-new Wine Market, on top of delicious food by top restaurants in the Gourmet Village. There’ll also be FREE masterclasses where you can get your low down on all things wine. Sure, I know what you’re thinking. Wine = atas. But no, even if you aren’t a posh wine connoisseur, you’ll be in for a treat as there’s something for everyone.
Here’s a sneak peek into what you can look forward to!
SAVOUR has officially levelled up with the biggest wine market that Singapore has ever seen. Not only is the size of it bonkers – there’ll be hundreds of the finest labels from around the globe – it boasts the most value-for-money wine tasting that every bargain aunty will rush to.
Even if you’ve never really appreciated wine before, it’s a total steal as you’ll get to taste 10 wines at $15 or 20 wines at $20! Bring along your wine snob friends who boast their expensive collection and show them that enjoying wine doesn’t have to come with a hefty price tag.
Access to SAVOUR Wines Wine Market is limited to Wine Tasting Card holders only. Get yours here!
Who cares if you don’t know your reds from whites, or how to swirl a glass with class. Access into the wine market will also get you FREE wine masterclasses, where you can get a quick wine 101 sesh and come out of it a self-proclaimed wine connoisseur. That’s no more awkward moments when you’ve no words to describe the wines at fancy-pants restaurants.
You’ll also get a limited edition SAVOUR wine glass to practice your swirls. While wine tasting cards will be available for sale on the event day, entry into the wine market will be capped at 700 people so purchase them early!

Food will always have a place at SAVOUR. With 13 of the island’s best restaurants and 9 emerging home-grown chefs competing to present the most innovative culinary creations, you’ll get top-quality nosh with over 30 mouth-watering dishes. Who wins depends on you – you’ll get to vote for your favourite restaurant – so the chefs won’t let standards drop, even at a massive festival.
Restaurants to look out for include The Study, Stellar at 1-Altitude, Restaurant Ember, Three Buns and Angela May Food Chapters. Access to the restaurants is free and all the dishes are affordable, at $6 or $12! Great food at great prices, it’s going to be so hard to contain the foodie in our tums.
The French will be proud, for there’s no wine without cheese. To complete the wine and dine experience, there’ll be an entire room at the festival dedicated to cheeeeeeese. You can expect over 200 types from gouda to blue cheese – it’ll be a challenge thinking up a cheese that isn’t there.
Access to the Cheese Room is free. No tickets are needed.
As if there isn’t enough reason to head down already, there’s even an oyster bar with freshly shucked oysters specially curated from different places in the world. These natural and magical delicacies will be sure to add depth and complexity to your wine pairings.
The world is your oyster. And true enough, oysters from all over the world will be yours here.
Access to the Oyster Bar is free. No tickets are needed.

The Gourmet Village will also house multiple bars where you can go to beat the heat. Each bar offers something different for a refreshing break, so you can stay hydrated amidst the tons of food that you’ll be digging into.
Spruce up your drinks with free Badoit Sparkling Water at the Bubble Bar, or grab a cocktail at L’Espace Martell – happy hour is from 7pm to 8pm!
The many festivals that pop up around our island are often over-hyped these days, with quality of food and drinks only to disappoint. SAVOUR Wines – held at Bayfront Avenue from 9th to 11th September – won’t be one of them. With chefs banking on your winning vote, you can bet that they’ll serve up top-notch food beyond the worth of your buck.
No doubt there’ll be crowds, but in the big space along Bayfront Avenue, we expect a lively atmosphere to chill and unwind over a glass of wine this weekend. We’ll see you there!
Address: Bayfront Avenue (Next to Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Centre)
Opening Hours:
9th September | Friday, 6 – 11pm
10th September | Saturday, 11am – 4pm & 6 – 11pm
