Lok lok suppers are synonymous with JB getaways. True blue fans will go far and wide in search of a delicious lok lok spread. But the downside is that you’ve got to deal with factors like limited parking, huge crowds at the popular spots, and the general hassle of getting to and from your supper destination. Now, imagine having the lok lok feast sent straight to your doorstep.
That’s possible with the SanGe Lok Lok truck service, which provides catering in JB as long as you’ve got an appropriate space to host their truck. So if you’re renting a bungalow or villa on Airbnb for your next JB trip, you can order a private lok lok truck from just RM388 (~S$124.74). That cost is just for the food you’ll eat, BTW; it doesn’t cost extra to rent the truck!
First of all, you’ve got to secure a space to host the lok lok truck. So if you’re staying in a hotel or serviced apartment during your JB trip, hiring SanGe Lok Lok would be a no-go.

For those organising a larger-scale trip with the fam or squad, look into renting bungalows or villas on Airbnb. For instance, this Grand Oasis Villa which can house up to 30 people, and costs S$770/night. If you can wrangle up 30 pax, that’d bring the cost to just S$25 per person!
The important thing is to have adequate front yard space for the SanGe Lok Lok truck to park and set up. You can also prepare tables and chairs for vibey al fresco dining as soon as you and your guests get their hands on the skewers.
