This Christmas, hotels under the Park Hotel Group brim with gastronomical delights. We were treated to a sneak preview of what guests can expect over the festive period.

With the festive atmosphere and a sumptuous feast laid out before us, the dinner was an absolute blast. The succulent gourmet roasts and meats from the Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill made my mouth water the moment I laid eyes on them!

This turkey is marinated with spices inspired by Singapore’s satay sauce before it is baked and basted.

Roasted Chilled Grain-Fed Australian Beef Prime Ribs with Bones

Glazed Five Spice Bone-in Gammon Ham with Orange Cinnamon Sauce

Christmas isn’t complete without this festive favorite – a perfectly glazed Five Spice Gammon Ham. With a rich citrus taste, this is a sweet take on the classic baked ham. Its glazed with honey, brown sugar, pineapple puree and Five Spice powder.
