We Travelled Back In Time To Play Old-School Games. This Is What Happened – Singaporeans Try: Episode 9

Oldies But Goodies

Do you remember catching spiders, playing catching, or Pepsi Cola 1-2-3? These were things we all did before we had even heard about Pikachu, when we had nothing more than our wits and imagination to occupy our time.

For this episode of Singaporeans Try, the good people of TSL relive our childhoods by playing four of these nostalgia-inducing games – Kuti-kuti, Five Stones, Pick Up Sticks and Eraser War. Most of us played these games as kids but haven’t touched them ever since.

Watch the video below to find out how well we fared at these games today. After all, we are all much older. This means that we would be much better at these games… right?

Let us know if you remember playing these games when you were younger! We uploaded an SG50-themed episode of Singaporeans Try last Monday where we were tested on our knowledge of Singapore

And we have one more SG50-themed episode next Monday, in which we play Don’t Forget the Lyrics with National Day songs. So, what are you waiting for? Subscribe to our channel to be the first to know when the next episode is up!
