Outside of Total Defence Day, most of us rarely get a glimpse of how much our armed forces do to keep Singapore safe – which is why outreach programmes like Navy@Vivo 2025 are so important. It’s a rare chance for civilians to get up close with our Navy and see the work that goes on behind the scenes. If you missed the previous edition, don’t fret – the exhibition will be returning to VivoCity from 21st to 24th November 2025.
For 4 days, you and your loved ones will get to meet real-life members of the Singapore Navy through a series of showcases and activities. Expect an entire weekend of immersive experiences, educational exhibitions, and live performances that’ll give you a deeper look into life at sea.
The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) will also be hosting a special commemorative showcase to honour 6 decades of service.

Visitors of all ages are welcome to explore the different showcases spread across VivoCity. There are 4 zones to check out at the main exhibition:
There’ll also be a commemorative SAF60 Exhibition Showcase themed “Defending Our Home, Securing Our Future”. It’ll take you on a journey from the SAF’s early beginnings to the present day, while highlighting what’s to come in the future.

You’ll also get the chance to step aboard one of the Singapore Navy’s largest vessels, the RSS Resolution, to learn what a Landing Ship Tank (LST) does and the many missions it has gone on over the years.
While you’re there, don’t miss the S-70B Seahawk Naval Helicopter docked on the ship’s flight deck. Take note that there’ll be steep and narrow stairways, so come dressed comfortably and be prepared for a lot of walking.
This experience is recommended for those who are able to board a ship on their own, with little to no assistance. Due to the steep and narrow stairways, anyone with mobility issues, infants-in-arms, or pregnant women won’t be allowed to participate.
You’re also not allowed to bring any pets or prohibited items, while bulky items like strollers should be left at the security check. Make sure to come in proper, covered shoes, and ladies are advised to avoid skirts or dresses.

Thrill-seekers, this one’s for you – board the Fast Craft Utility (FCUs) for an adrenaline-pumping ride, and catch views of the skyline while the vessel conducts high-speed manoeuvres across the water.
You’ll need to wear a life jacket before coming on board, and be prepared for a few waves and rough waters along the way. Children under 0.85m are prohibited from participating, and anyone with motion sickness or pre-existing conditions – like heart diseases or high blood pressure – is strongly advised from coming on board as well.

There will also be live performances, including the crowd-favourite Boat Physical Training demonstrations by the Naval Diving Unit. Don’t forget to stay for the performance by the SAF Music and Dance Company, who will be bringing energetic vibes with a lively soundtrack.
Venue: Amphitheatre, Level 3
Admission to the main exhibition is free, but tickets are required for the ship visit and FCU ride, which will be distributed through a free ballot that runs until 12th October 2025. Successful applicants will receive their tickets by 19th October 2025 via email.
If you didn’t manage to snag tickets, feel free to turn up early and queue for walk-in tickets. Just keep in mind that ticket holders get priority, and walk-ins are subject to availability.
