1. Barossa Bar & Grill – free-flow wine with alfresco setting

Situated adjacent to Harbourfront’s waters, Barossa Bar & Grill gives you a picturesque view of Sentosa to complement your alfresco dining experience. 

Sitting outdoors and any order of their main course also grants you their Happy Hour perks, which include free-flow wine and sparkling wine for $29.90++ per pax. If wine isn’t your pick of poison, Barossa also has a bucket of three beers for $18++ or five beers of $25++ and $10++ pints of beer or wine. 

Happy Hours run on weekdays between 12PM – 2PM and 5PM – 7PM, as well as weekends from 11.30AM-6PM – perfect for lunch meetings, dinner dates and catch-up sessions with the BFFs.

2. Jekyll & Hide – weekend free-flow for 2 hours


If variety is your priority, then Jekyll & Hyde’s Insanity Drinks every Saturday and Sunday will be your go-to. For $48++, you’ll get non-stop drinks that include mimosas, bellini, Prosecco, beer, house wine, and mixers of juices and soft drinks – certainly well-worth the reasonable price tag.


Outside the weekend free-flow menu, you can also try their unique cocktails like the PB&J and Morning Brew.

The free-flow only lasts for two hours, any time between 11.30AM – 3.30PM, so make sure you arrive latest by 1.30PM to make full use of your drinking privileges.

3. Izy Fook – 2-hour free-flow Prosecco on Wednesdays

Mark every Wednesday in your calendar for a hump-day drink session at Izy Fook. For $35, there will be unlimited Prosecco to keep the bubbly flowing for two hours straight – an ideal way to celebrate getting through half the work week. 

The eclectic restaurant space has also recently launched an updated menu that boasts dishes like Tiger Prawn Ramen ($28) and Sakura Pork Ribs ($48) that pair well with your drinks.

4. Don’t Tell Mama – free-flow house pours for ladies


Among the rows of KBBQ eateries and Korean-themed bars at Tanjong Pagar, Don’t Tell Mama is the place to be on Wednesday nights with your pack of gal pals. From 7PM – 10PM, enjoy a free-flow of house pour spirits that include rum, gin, vodka and Jim Beam whiskey with every food order.

Champagne and oysters: two ingredients to live out that high SES lifestyle. But for a taste of decadence without breaking the bank, make your way to MO Bar over at Mandarin Oriental. Their ongoing weekly promo costs $78++ and includes shucked oysters, together with free-flow glasses of R de Ruinart champagne for 90 minutes. Selected cocktails are available as alternatives too. 

If that isn’t enough to satiate your appetite, you can also top up $48++ to extend your indulgence for another hour.

6. Alley on 25 – bar bites & free-flow drinks at Andaz Singapore

To help you inch closer to the weekend, Andaz Kitchen Party motivates with a spread every Wednesday and Thursday. For just $50 nett, eat and drink to your heart’s content at Alley on 25 at Andaz Singapore, located on the 25th floor so you can also soak in a panoramic view of the city.

7. Bar.celona – free-flow wine from Spain

Having a glass of chilled wine is one of the best ways to beat the Singapore heat, and where better to do so than at Bar.celona. To wind down, grab a spot inside the cosy restaurant space or dine al fresco for their free-flow CAVA (Spanish wine). Prices start at $30++ from 5PM – 7PM for Mondays and Thursdays, and $45++ from 5PM – 8PM on Saturdays.

There are a total of eight wines to choose from too, so you can keep sipping until you find your favourite, with options including Sangria and sparkling wine. All their CAVA are imported directly from Spain – the closest our taste buds will get to being in Barcelona for now.

Snacks-wise, they’ve got classics for sharing like Nachos with Beef, Cheese, Salsa & Guacamole ($18), Truffle Fries with Parmesan Cheese ($16) and an Oyster Platter ($19 for half dozen).

8. Sumire Yakitori House – available every day from $28++

If Japanese cuisine to you is like Kryptonite to Superman, make a booking at Sumire Yakitori House. Their All-You-Can-Drink promo prices vary depending on the day of week and your duration of visit. Here’s a breakdown: 

  • Mon – Wed: $28++ for two hours, $38++ for three hours
  • Thurs: $25++ for two hours, $38++ for three hours
  • Fri – Sun: $38++ for two hours, $48++ for three hours

You’ll be spoilt for choice, since the promo has a free-flow selection that includes everything from beer and sake to highballs and umeshu. They’ll go perfectly with the restaurant’s wide array of Japanese grub like salmon sashimi, fried salmon skin and yakitori sticks.

9. Publico Ristorante – free-flow champagne & Prosecco

The clubs might still be closed, but that doesn’t mean ladies can’t get their party on at Publico Ristorante every Wednesday between 6PM – 9PM. Cheekily themed “My Man Is Out Of Town”, the weekly Ladies’ Night event has refillable Prosecco and Signature Spritz, all for $39++.

For something more nua where the guys can join in too, reserve a spot for their Free-Flow Rituals liquid buffet at $80 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays between 12.30PM – 3.30PM or 4PM – 7PM. 

Fill your glasses up with a bevy of drinks from rosé to beer, with free-flow add-on champagne also available for a higher price of $125 instead. With the al fresco setting and celebratory vibes, it’ll almost feel like you’re at a tropical beach club in Bali or Phuket.
