10 Free-Flow Liquid Buffets In Singapore To Get The Most Out Of Your Booze & Cheers To A Better Year
Liquid buffets in Singapore
Life in the year of 9% GST is tough, with economic slumps everywhere and word of impending recession looming over our heads. We could all use a drink, or maybe 8 or 10. With the average price of cocktails in the $20-$30 range, it’s a good thing we can turn instead to liquid buffets in Singapore, so you can imbibe without feeling the pinch.
If you’re a stranger to the concept, liquid buffets are exactly what they sound like: all-you-can-drink sessions of alcoholic beverages. These usually come with a time limit, so you have ample time to pace yourself.
Before you head for a liquid buffet, you should take note of a few things for your well-being: hydrate yourself, and eat. Doing both of these will help to slow down the absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream, so you can stay sober for longer. It’s also important to load up on water or electrolyte drinks after the fact – alcohol’s diuretic effects will dehydrate your body.
When you’re at the liquid buffet, try to pace yourself, and start with lighter drinks so you don’t crash and burn as quickly. It would be wise not to mix different types of alcohol, since this heightens its effects – don’t say we didn’t warn you – but we all know how wisdom goes out the window at these jaunts.
At Botany, the daily free-flow of alcohol starts at 6pm, and you’ll be just $48++ poorer for 2 full hours of drinking. Alternatively, every Wednesday is ladies’ night here, with 1-for-1 cocktails from 6pm-9pm so you can jio your GFs out for drinks.

Trust Lavo Singapore to think of the gents, too, each Wednesday evening from 5pm-9pm. It’s both Ladies & Gentlemen Night, though ladies have it better at $38++ per person for 2 hours of free-flow prosecco, with a minimum order of one entree each.
