After the LEGO Botanicals Bloom Bar – where visitors could score free brick flowers for Valentine’s Day – everyone’s favourite toy brand is back with another interactive pop-up. This time, it’s the LEGO Shophouse Experience, happening along Orchard Road from now till 5th April 2026.
And if you’re scrambling for ideas to keep the little ones entertained, this might be worth adding to your March holiday activities list. Here’s what to expect at the experience:

The experience starts at Design Orchard, where the space is styled to look like a classic Singaporean home. There are familiar touches you might remember from visiting your grandparents’ place, alongside design elements inspired by Peranakan homes.

Right at the foyer, you’ll be greeted by a Peranakan-inspired brick tile wall. While you’re snapping photos, keep an eye out for the little details too, including a bright red fire hydrant recreated entirely with LEGO bricks.

Then head to the dining area and living room, where you’ll spot details such as a brick tingkat and various LEGO botanical pieces that add a lively pop of colour.

Further inside the shophouse is the “adult room”, filled with displays made for the big kids, such as lightsabers and miniature F1 race cars – all recreated entirely with bricks.

The kids’ room has a completely different vibe, with lighter colours and fun displays scattered around the space.

Continue wandering through the space, and you’ll spot more recreations of nostalgic everyday items, including a sewing machine and an old-school payphone made entirely from – you guessed it – LEGO bricks.

Pick up a postcard and head around to the 5 stamping stations – 4 located within the shophouse at Design Orchard, and 1 at the retail pop-up near Victoria’s Secret – to collect coloured stamps. As you fill up the postcard, the stamps slowly reveal a special graphic.

Once you’ve completed the postcard, you’ll be able to redeem a small LEGO set at the retail pop-up zone. Kids aged 4-12 can create their own retro LEGO boombox, while those 13 and above can assemble a LEGO Peranakan mosaic tile. Take note that redemptions are limited daily, so it’s best to head down earlier if you don’t want to miss out.

You can also sign up as a LEGO Insider member for free at the event to score a surprise set, which could include the Grey Castle Set, Retro Tape Player, or Baby Gorilla Encounter.
Redemptions are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
While the little ones build, stamp, and explore, grown-ups can wander the rooms and spot familiar, nostalgic touches that might bring back memories of their own childhoods. Just don’t forget to head there early if you want to grab the freebies!
