Kinohimitsu’s brand ambassador Tavia Yeung was in town to make her New Year’s resolution to live a healthier and more radiant lifestyle this 2014 at an exclusive media conference on 6th January at ION Orchard.
I was extremely excited to cover the event as Tavia is Hong Kong’s top TVB actresses and one of my favourites to watch when I was still in university and chasing Hong Kong dramas were all the craze back then.
Tavia’s visit marks her maiden appearance as Kinohimitsu’s brand ambassador in Singapore. She has been the spokesperson for the leading regional brand for the past two years and personally advocates the wholesomeness of Kinohimitsu’s range of health and beauty drinks as they become an indispensable supplement in her hectic filming schedule.
In conjuncture with Tavia’s media visit to celebrate the launch of Kinohimitsu’s latest
product, the J’pan ProWhite in Singapore; Kinohimitsu activated the “I Pledge to a New
Me” campaign to encourage everyone to publicly commit to their New Year’s health and
beauty resolution as part of their brand belief, “The Freedom to Live”.
When asked what her beauty secrets are for keeping her complexion healthy and luminous, she said that Kinohimitsu’s Collagen 5300 is one of her beauty staples especially when she films outdoors to keep her feeling fresh and rejuvenated! Tavia also revealed that love is as important and nourishing as health supplements and I couldn’t agree more!

My favourite concoction from their Beauty Bar has to be the J’pan UV-Bright Drink, because it tastes almost like Ribena and is exactly what my body needs! I learnt from the pretty bartender that it acts as a sunscreen not just for my face, but for my whole body to block out the sun’s damaging UV Rays!
Before leaving, I filled out my pledge card at the roadshow with Kinohimitsu’s roving talents to make a public pledge of my New Year’s resolution – To become a happier and healthier me this year!
