Fantasia by Escriba opens in Singapore with World’s Tallest Chocolate Fountain – Here’s our first look

About Fantasia by Escriba

This weekend, there will be something more inviting at Marina Bay Sands than its iconic infinity pool. The cascade of luscious liquid dark chocolate standing 8.5 meters – Callebut Falls. Witness the Guinness World Record Breaking World’s Tallest Chocolate Fountain till Sunday, the 24th of August.

Fantasia by Escriba is the brainchild of pastry power couple, Christain Escriba and Patricia Schmidt. It is an exhibition featuring dazzling theatrical showcases, towering masterpieces made from confectionery, and an array of delectable sweet and savoury treats.

What to expect at Fantasia by Escriba in Singapore

Fantasia by Escriba, is the world’s first confectionery theatre extravaganza that will turn your chocolaty dreams into reality. If you think Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory only existed in the Hollywood’s computer graphics department, you’re wrong.

You will go through a spectacular pastry journey, shocking and satisfying your senses with a veritable zoo of life-size edible animals, a 5 meter tall multi tiered wedding cake and a rendition of Barcelona’s iconic La Ramblas shopping to name a few

Engaging performances

I was taken away by how surreal the entire place looked and felt as if I was going through one of my childhood dreams.

My Verdict

The ornaments and the constant theatrical performances were so engaging, goosebumps surfaced a few times. Note that the ticket prices are not cheap. But it is almost a once-in-a-lifetime experience you will not want to miss.

It is a great opportunity for all who want to relive your childhood in a sophisticated way.
