September is soon approaching, and for Formula 1 fans, that only means one thing – the Singapore Grand Prix 2025 is just around the corner, and the festivities are quickly revving up. Whether you’ve managed to secure tickets to this year’s race or not, rest assured that there are a tonne of events lined up to get you all pumped up for grand prix weekend.

For starters, here’s one that’s completely FOC, and lets you get up close and personal with your fave driver’s swanky cars. We’re talking about the highly anticipated F1 Thursday Pit Lane Experience 2025, which gives lucky fans the chance to walk the F1 pit lane ahead of race weekend. Here’s how you can score tickets.


What is the F1 Thursday Pit Lane Experience 2025?

For newer fans, the Thursday Pit Lane Experience is an annual on-site event that takes place 1 day before the circuit park opens for race weekend. During this experience, 4,500 fans get to see the race cars and team garages in the flesh

This year, the experience will take place on 2nd October 2025 at Marina Bay Street Circuit, from 7.15pm to 11pm.


How to get tickets to the F1 Thursday Pit Lane Experience 2025?

The F1 Thursday Pit Lane Experience is open to Singaporeans and PRs. Tickets are given out through a ballot on the Singapore GP website that runs from now till 15th September 2025, 11.59pm. According to the site, winners will be selected and notified by 26th September 2025.

To apply, you’ll need to answer a simple question – which year the first Singapore Grand Prix was held in – then provide deets like your full name, NRIC, and age group. FYI: the “original” Singapore Grand Prix, called the Orient Year Grand Prix, was held in 1961, while the inaugural F1 Singapore Grand Prix took place in 2008. We’ll leave you to decide which answer to submit!

Even if you don’t win tickets to the Thursday Pit Lane Experience, you’ll still be able to take part in exciting events ahead of race weekend.

RevUpSG has organised F1 pop-up festivals with race simulators, games, screenings, and official merch previews; happening at Kampung Admiralty on 6th and 7th September 2025, and One Punggol on 20th and 21st September 2025.

At the Kampung Admiralty pop-up, attendees will also have the chance to snag limited SG60 bundles, inclusive of a Friday Zone 4 Walkabout ticket and limited edition souvenirs. Only 600 bundles will be up for grabs, starting from 3pm on 6th September 2025.
