Dyson Home Event Has Demos Of Its New Vacuum, With Kits For Pesky Pet Fur & Hard-To-Reach Areas

Picture this: you get home after a long day of work and plop onto the couch, only to find yourself covered in Fluffy’s fur. You sigh, and get out the vacuum, but it does a sub-par job – as usual. If you’re a pet owner, this is an all-too-familiar struggle.

The good news is that it doesn’t have to be. At the Dyson Home Event, you’ll have the chance to try out all the newest technologies for dealing with pet fur, dander, and allergens, so coming home to fur and filth after a long day will be a thing of the past. Happening from 25th-31st July at NEX, here’s what to expect:

You don’t have to be a germaphobe to have heard of Dyson’s products. Chances are, many of us have become familiar with the household name for their vacuums and bladeless fans.

With so many videos of Dyson vacuum cleaners having gone viral, especially on #CleanTok, you may have wondered if they really work that well. At the Dyson Home Event, you’ll have the opportunity to see and try it out for yourself.

Among many live product demonstrations, you’ll have the chance to catch the new Dyson V15 Detect vacuum in action. The latest addition is Dyson’s most powerful vacuum with whole machine HEPA filtration. For those on the sensi side of allergies, this means even ultra-fine particles like pollen and pet dander are easily sucked up.

The machine also comes with Dyson’s detangling technology that is engineered to automatically clear all lengths of hair from the brush bar, so there’s no need to fuss around with tufts of hair that clog the vacuum.

Pet Grooming Kit.

Dyson has also launched new kits to make clearing up after your pets and deep cleaning every inch of your home much easier. Plus, these kits work on the rest of the Dyson vacuum family too. You’ll be able to try these kits out for yourself at the event.

Detail Cleaning Kit.

Have a go trying out the Pet Grooming Kit, which is great for capturing loose hair and dander while you groom your pet. Then there are the attachments in the Detail Cleaning Kit that work on delicate surfaces and small nooks and crannies that have long been neglected in your cleaning routine.

To keep all the hair, fur, and dust that may accumulate between cleanings at bay, you can even try out the Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde Air Purifier. In addition to capturing harmful pollutants, it also removes up to 97% of nasty household odours – you may have pets, but it doesn’t mean your home should smell like it.

Get hands-on at the home experiential zone

If seeing isn’t believing for you, you’ll even get to try Dyson products out for yourself at the home experiential zone. Scan over the AR codes in the home setting experience to be educated on the nasties that may be hiding in plain sight in your homes.

Then, put the new Dyson products to the test to see how effectively dust and allergens are sucked up and cleaned away. As with all Dyson vacuums, they’re versatile enough to clean hard floors, carpets, and even mattresses.

Taking place from 25th-31st July 2022, the Dyson Home Roadshow is happening at the ever-familiar NEX. With live product demonstrations and plenty of hands-on areas, it’s a show and an experience that you don’t have to be a cleaning enthusiast to enjoy.
