Singaporeans rejoiced when the chocolate cafe franchise, dipndip, opened its first outlet here in VivoCity. They’re famous for their chocolate-centric desserts, featuring chocolate-blanketed waffles, crepes and other treats, prepared with premium couverture cocoa.
The dipndip outlets across the Causeway may have lost some customers to the new Singapore store, but the Malaysia-based cafes have just launched an unlimited dessert buffet, which runs till the end of Ramadan. This buffet is priced at just RM59.90/pax (~S$17), and is bound to cure any sugary cravings you have.

The deal comes just in time for Ramadan and is only available from 7pm-9pm, daily. It comes with a choice of Waffle Quesadilla or Fettuccine Cream Pasta for mains, flavoured iced tea, cream of mushroom soup, and finally, the unlimited desserts. FYI, dipndip Singapore does not have any savoury dishes on offer.

Once you’re done with your mains and drink, you can pick anything and everything off the dessert menu – as much of it as you can eat.
Try unique chocolatey delights like their Fettuccine Crepe (RM39.50, ~S$11.22), which sees shredded crepes drizzled with milk chocolate and topped with vanilla ice cream. For something fruity, their Strawberry Banana Delight (RM30.25, ~S$8.60) is a stack of pancakes drizzled with maple syrup, fresh strawberries and banana slices.

The buffet is a great way to try out dishes that aren’t available in Singapore. These include the Waffle Quesadilla (from RM24.10, ~S$6.85) and their Ramadan special, Sticky Toffee Pudding (RM23.90, ~S$6.80)
Triple Chocolate Crepe (U.P. RM28.90, ~S$8.20).

If you think you won’t be able to do justice to the buffet, you can always order their classic desserts off the a la carte menu from 10am-7pm. These are specially priced at RM19.90 (~S$5.65) this Hari Raya.

Although this deal hasn’t come to dipndip Singapore, we can’t complain too much with the 5-minute train ride to JB on the KTM Shuttle Tebrau. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, what better way to break fast or spoil yourself than with an endless buffet of chocolate?
