Chinese restaurants aren’t just for stuffy family dinners – joints like Lokkee shows off the playful side of Chinese cuisine with fusion dishes like Singapore Slaw ($32) and Chilli Crab Cakes ($16). There’s something tempting about restaurants that let you cook your own food, and Mookata, with their tender cuts of meat and charcoal charr, goes beyond expectations. Order the Set ($34.90/2pax) and you’ll get a selection of both seafood and meat. Pork collar, prawns, and streaky bacons are just a few ingredients that feature in the set.
