The most wonderful time of the year is upon us, and you now have a legit reason to watch Elf and Home Alone on repeat while sipping eggnog.
When you’re not curling up on the couch to clear your Christmas Netflix queue, however, you should head out to see all the festive fun that’s happening around town. Plenty of places are going all out for the holidays. Among these is Chinatown Point with its large live Christmas tree, carollers, and a whole lotta freebies.
This year, Chinatown Point means business when it comes to Christmas.
From 4th-25th December 2023, you’ll be met with a large live Christmas tree when you set foot into the mall’s indoor atrium. The 6m-tall beauty will be bedecked with twinkly lights, tinsel garlands, and tonnes of tasteful ornaments. Use it as a background to get some striking snaps for your holiday content.
Plus, the fresh fir tree carries a distinctive scent that might make you feel extra festive this season. If you haven’t smelled or seen a real Christmas tree, you gotta make a trip to Chinatown Point asap.
Add Chinatown Point to your list of malls to hit so you can score freebies while ticking off your gift list.
Until 30th November 2023, when you spend a minimum of $238 ($288 for Melaleuca/Super Travels receipts), you’ll be able to snap a free luggage tag up. The nifty tags come in red or navy so you can personalise your travel gear with these classy labels.
Between 1st and 25th December, you can also nab a universal travel adapter with a receipt of at least $318 ($368 for Melaleuca / Super Travels receipts). It works with multiple countries in Europe and Asia, as well as the US and Australia so you can charge your devices overseas with ease on your holiday escapades.
Christmas events are in full swing at Chinatown Point, so come check them out to get into the festive mood.
On top of the holiday deals and steals, there’ll be carollers belting out Christmas classics that’ll be stuck in your head for weeks to come. Catch them from 7pm onwards on 15th, 16th, 22nd, and 23rd December at the Indoor Atrium.
Between 8th and 25th December, you can also get your gifts wrapped by volunteers at Chinatown Point. The charitable gift-wrapping booth runs on donation and 100% of the total amount will go towards the Singapore Red Cross. Come do good and feel it too.
Chinatown Point’s annual Christmas party is as jolly as you’d imagine. But don’t take our word for it. Go see for yourself.
