If you’ve found yourself rewatching Bridgerton and yearning to live in such a lavish and opulent lifestyle, congratulations, we’re the same person. Luckily for us, there’s a new cafe in Paya Lebar that has decor and dining ware that look like they came off a set for an English period drama.
From its fine teas to its crystal chandelier, A Beautiful Day Cafe Tearoom will definitely have you feeling like royalty.

Adorned in floral wallpaper and framed mirrors, the cafe looks like it could be part of the set of Downton Abbey. Other cute knick knacks like faux potted plants and miniature angel statues add to the Victorian era-esque vibes.
Spots like their Cozy Corner make for great IG shots.

If you want to savour the details that have gone into the interiors, you can book the cafe for yourself from $800/event. Cosplay as dukes and duchesses with your besties for the full regal experience.

Pawrents, you will be glad to know that your furkids are more than welcome to join you at this cafe. There’s pet-friendly furniture for your pets to lounge comfortably on. You can even have them join in your tea party by ordering the Fur Kids Afternoon Tea Set ($23.90) that comes with pet treats and desserts.

Apart from the cafe’s stunning decor, it also has a beau-tea-ful way of presenting its signature teas. Their selection of Grand Cru teas are served in crystal whiskey decanters and glasses for that extra boujee feel at $12.90 each.
Their fruit teas, also called fruit tea mocktails, are served in quirky owl glasses.

They also serve their own unique take on the classic yuan yang, named CoffTEA, with flavours like Earl Grey CoffTEA, Da Hong Pao CoffTEA, and Nutty CoffTEA from $5.90.

There’s also a variety of alcoholic beverages made with tea for those 18 and above. The Earl Grey MarTEAni, Oolong Negroni, and Matcha Milk Tea pair house-brewed tea with liqueurs like vodka and gin and go for $18.90 each.

Since this place is a tearoom, you can expect high tea to be served here. Their pastry menu includes French and British bakes such as Cream Scone ($4.50) and Plain Croissant ($4.20).
More decadent offerings are available such as the Double Chocolate Fudge Cake ($8.90), which you can pair with a scoop of gelato. Flavours include Earl Grey Lavender ($4.50) and Pistachio ($6).
Chow down on their mains like Mala Popcorn Chicken ($16.90) and their vegetarian-friendly Impossible Shakshuka Egg ($25.90).

If you’re in need of something heavier, the cafe serves all-day brunch with British chippy classics such as Fish & Chips ($28.90), Bangers & Mash ($23.90), and Sirloin Steak & Fries ($35.90). You can also get crowd-favourite bar bites like Truffle Fries ($18) and Spicy Buffalo Wings ($13.90) to share with your table.
From extravagant decor to exquisite teas served in crystal bottles, A Beautiful Day Cafe Tearoom has everything to make you feel like a main character in a mediaeval drama show. The cafe is a hidden gem within the public area of the Park Place Residences condo, just a 4-minute walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station.
