A video of a Thai monk meditating among four playful kittens recently went viral on Facebook. In the clip, their adorable antics appear to be akin to a speck of dust to a master of meditation like him.

In the viral clip, a Thai monk appears to be doing his best to maintain his composure as four kittens unsuccessfully nudge him for a play time.
Despite the kittens’ many attempts of jumping and pulling at his robes, the monk persevered in keeping his palms against each other and his posture in check.
