Their butadon (grilled pork rice bowl) is available in 3 sizes:

  • S (200g Rice | 100g Pork): ฿88 (~USD3)
  • M (300g Rice | 200g Pork): ฿168 (~USD5)

And of course, what we came for is the largest size.

The item was served in a colourful bowl together with 2 cups of miso soup. On top of the bowl are slices of grilled pork. Customers can choose between lean meat and a fattier cut, or have a mix of both.

After marinating overnight, the pork slices are grilled atop natural wood charcoal and seasoned with the store’s signature sauce. We recommended ordering the pork with fat to get juicy and tender meat.

Both the pork and rice are covered with the store’s signature sweet and salty sauce cooked with ingredients imported straight from Japan.

The soft-boiled egg goes very well with the rice and pork, providing a buttery texture, making each bite delicious and creamy.

You can also level up your dish by adding gooey cheese (฿20, ~USD0.60) or runny egg (฿20, ~USD0.60)

Aside from this signature, there is a wide selection of Japanese rice bowls from ฿88 (~USD3) and snacks from ฿48 (~USD1.40) to choose from.

Enjoy an authentic taste at a reasonable price
