MILLI grab world’s attention with traditional Thai dessert


Danupha ‘Milli’ Khanatheerakul, a Thai female rapper, captured the world’s attention at 2022’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival following her performance on 17th April 2022.

The 19 year-old hip-hop sensation is the first Thai solo artist who got a chance to perform at Coachella. 

After performing her hit singles including “Mirror Mirror” and “Sud Pang”, MILLI stunned audiences by eating iconic Thai dessert dish, Sticky Rice & Mango, at the end of her show.

Later, the hashtag #khaonieomamuang – mango sticky rice in Thai- became a trending topic on Twitter, where netizens praised the artist for her talents and gimmick to promote the traditional Thai dessert.
