The curry custard is made from coconut milk and red curry, wrapped together with toppings in banana leaves, which add extra flavour to the custard. It is then grilled over charcoal, giving it a nice smoky aroma.

Even though it’s grilled, the custard is soft and juicy. It has a rich taste and scent from galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and red chillies that are included in red curry. The custard is not too spicy, so everybody can enjoy it without worrying about the heat.
