Cheesy Truffle Fries at Burger King
Burger King has always been known for its, well, burgers – but the spotlight is turning to another menu item this time: its new Cheesy Truffle Fries have entered the stage.Â
After it was first launched, I heard many good things about it, so I knew I had to grab it as soon as I could:
New truffle menu
The fries come packed with hearty ingredients like Swiss cheese, Italian black truffle sauce, and slices of mushrooms on top. It costs ฿139 and will be available till 6th January 2020 at BK’s 30 participating branches in Thailand.Â

I visited the branch at Siam Paragon to give the fries a try, and it lived up to the hype. The fries are already quite good on their own – crispy and not too oily – and the toppings make it more enjoyable. There is a strong truffle scent without it being too overpowering.Â
Get the Angus XT Black Truffle to pair up with with your fries

If you’ve fallen in deep into the truffle trap, give their Angus XT Black Truffle (฿279) a go too. It comes with a thick and rich Angus beef patty that’s slathered in cheese and truffle sauce. This will be available at all* Burger King Thailand branches until 30th September 2019.
*Not available at airport branches
We really wish the truffle trend would last forever, but that’s a dream for now. These promotional menu items will be with us for awhile, so put it down on your must-eat list and try them while you still can!
