Pang Cha (฿295, ~USD9.70) is a shaved ice dessert made from a special tea blend with 5 types of leaves: Local Southern Thai Tea, Emperor Oolong Tea, Popular Red Tea, Leaf Black Tea, Ceylon Tea.
There is a mix of different textures from the toppings, including fluffy whipped cream, chewy konjac balls, boba, and soft bread underneath.
