If you are a K-pop or K-drama fan, you’d be familiar with the envy-inducing natural waves that their celebs sport. But because we aren’t all Korean stars, we don’t have a glam squad or 2 hours in the morning to spare to get the breezy curls to look right.

The solution: Get a Korean perm from a salon that specialises in them. Here’s a list of 10 hair salons in KL that can give you fuss-free waves.

1. Yoo Jean Hair Salon

Yoo Jean Hair Salon has a steady stream of positive reviews on Google and its social media platforms for its services, including perms (from RM350). Reviewers say the curls are easy to maintain and manage. They also laud the hairstylists’ attentive service and skills, and note that the higher prices are justified by the satisfactory results.

The salon can get quite busy on weekends and slots are booked out early, so we recommend making an appointment a week in advance to get your glorified me-time with the stylist.
