If you think that it’s the value of a super-sized banh mi <\/em>sold in a Michelin-rated restaurant in New York or Paris, think again. <\/span>USD100<\/b>, equivalent to <\/span>VND2,301,250<\/b>, is the price tag on a <\/span>banh mi<\/em> sold in Saigon<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what goes inside a banh mi<\/em> that\u2019s 100 times more expensive than a regular street banh mi<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Banh mi<\/em> surely isn\u2019t the restaurant\u2019s most unique dish, but it surely stands out from the rest as far as price is concerned. In fact, there\u2019s a pretty good reason behind this exceptionally high price for such a traditional street food item.<\/span><\/p>\n
