According to the OP, the downpours happened too suddenly and many people had to take shelter under a flyover on Nguyen Trai Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among those waiting for the rain to abate were a young couple and their daughter. While the mother was guarding their motorbike, the raincoat-clad father was seen holding his daughter close to his chest.<\/span><\/p>\n
