Grandpa draws a certificate by hand to cheer his granddaughter up<\/h2>\n

Every Vietnamese school kid can probably remember looking forward to a certificate<\/strong> at the end of a school year. It was proof that all our hard work devoted to studying finally came to fruition. With it came the promise of summer break, treats from our teachers, and a pat on the head from our parents.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understandable, then, that this girl was sad for not receiving a school certificate, as her health condition had caused her to miss classes regularly. Her sadness didn\u2019t last long, however, as she soon received something far more special: a hand-drawn certificate from her grandpa.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how the elderly man went above and beyond to brighten up his little princess\u2019 day.<\/p>\n

On 15th May, L\u00ea Ho\u00e0ng B\u1ea3o Anh \u2013 a man living in T\u00e2y Ninh Province, Vietnam \u2013 posted on his Facebook page<\/a> to share an adorable story that transpired between his father and his 5-year-old daughter.<\/p>\n

According to what B\u1ea3o Anh wrote, his daughter came home from her kindergarten with \u201ca sad puppy face\u201d and told his father, \u201cGrandpa, I didn\u2019t get a certificate at school.\u201d<\/p>\n

His father then promised to draw one for her and got to it well into the evening.<\/p>\n

The result? A cute certificate completed with seals and signatures just like the real deal. It reads, \u201cGrandpa grants this certificate to L\u00ea Ho\u00e0ng B\u1ea3o Ng\u1ecdc for being a good girl that loves her parents and grandparents.\u201d<\/p>\n

Needless to say, the girl was delighted.<\/p>\n

From what B\u1ea3o Anh later told D\u00e2n Vi\u1ec7t<\/a><\/em>, he and B\u1ea3o Ng\u1ecdc\u2019s mother have parted ways. Due to his busy schedule as a driver, he\u2019s had to rely on his parents to take care of his daughter since she was a little over a year old. As such, the girl is very close to her grandparents.<\/p>\n

As to why B\u1ea3o Ng\u1ecdc missed out on her school certificate, B\u1ea3o Anh explained that his daughter was always frail, and her health condition didn\u2019t allow her to attend classes regularly.<\/p>\n

Regardless, thanks to her grandpa\u2019s efforts, the girl now won\u2019t have to feel left out compared to her friends.<\/p>\n

A kindergarten certificate might not be anything special to us adults, but it could mean the world to our toddlers. While many others might have disregarded the girl\u2019s problem as a childish concern, this grandpa knew better.<\/p>\n

We have to give massive props to him for going the extra mile to make his precious little one happy. Surely, his hand-drawn certificate will become something that his granddaughter will cherish for years to come.<\/p>\n
