Saigon woman takes down 4 robbers using her motorbike<\/h2>\n

Vietnam is often considered a safe and friendly country, but we do get news of robbery cases and other crimes from time to time.<\/p>\n

One case, which happened recently, has left us in awe. Instead of resigning to her fate, a robbery victim in Saigon<\/strong> chased after her robbers<\/strong> and ended up taking down 4 of them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As reported by Tu\u1ed5i Tr\u1ebb<\/a><\/em>, in the afternoon of 18th April, 24-year-old N.T.M.L was driving along D\u01b0\u01a1ng C\u00f4ng Khi Street, H\u00f3c M\u00f4n District in Saigon, when two young men drove next to her and snatched her phone from her pocket.<\/p>\n

As she attempted to pursue the robbers, four others, driving two motorbikes, tried to block her off for their accomplices to escape. Unyielding, the woman ran into them on her motorbike and knocked them down.<\/p>\n

Thanks to her actions, these four men were immediately apprehended by people on the streets and turned in to the police. The two that drove ahead were also captured shortly after.<\/p>\n

According to another report from Ph\u00e1p Lu\u1eadt Online<\/a><\/em>, all 6 of the robbers are juveniles aged between 15 to 17. The gang had allegedly committed several other robberies in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Local police officers will continue to investigate the case.<\/p>\n

Prioritize your own safety in the case of a robbery<\/h3>\n
\n

While the woman\u2019s valiant efforts to catch the robbers is no doubt commendable, we don\u2019t recommend following her example on the off chance you\u2019re on the receiving end of a robbery attempt.<\/p>\n

For your own safety, a more sensible approach would be to try to memorize the robbers\u2019 physical traits and report the case to authorities immediately after the incident. Any other information that can be used to identify them \u2013 such as their accents, their bikes\u2019 registration plate numbers, and so on \u2013 is also worth paying attention to.<\/p>\n
