This group of students, for example, deemed regular music or dance performances too mainstream a way to spice up the atmosphere. As a result, they decided to dress up as the Red Rangers<\/strong> from the Super Sentai (Power Rangers)<\/strong> series to set themselves apart.<\/p>\n

Super Sentai is a series that practically every Vietnamese kid grew up watching, so you can imagine people\u2019s excitement when they saw their childhood heroes brought to life, performing those transformation moves we all tried to imitate as children with iconic Super Sentai songs playing in the background.<\/p>\n

Any anime fan will instantly realize that this is the signature outfit of the Akatsuki<\/em><\/strong>, a group of extremely dangerous villains from the series Naruto<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Understandably, her unique costume attracted the attention of thousands of netizens. Many commented on the post to make Naruto<\/em> references, such as how \u201cthis school will now know pain.\u201d If you\u2019ve watched Naruto, <\/em>you\u2019ll surely remember that this is a nod to the catchphrase \u201cThis world will know pain\u201d often used by an Akatsuki<\/em> member.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a group of grade 12 students from the Nam Tr\u1ef1c High School \u2013 Nam \u0110\u1ecbnh Province had a more conventional yet no less adorable way to commemorate their first day back to school. With no fancy costumes to dress up in, they instead used Photoshop<\/strong> to turn a member of the group, who was held up by 4 others, into a merman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Photoshopped picture was shared by netizen D\u1ecbu D\u1ecbu<\/a> on Tr\u01b0\u1eddng Ng\u01b0\u1eddi Ta under the caption, \u201cWe caught a merman on our school opening day.\u201d It quickly raked in over 28,000 likes with hundreds of comments saying the group is \u201ccute.\u201d The attractiveness of the group members probably contributed to the picture\u2019s popularity too, as many commenters are also asking for the merman\u2019s contact info.<\/p>\n
