In a 4th August post on a Facebook group Ch\u00e1o H\u00e0nh Mi\u1ec5n Ph\u00ed<\/a> by Tr\u1ea7n Lan Anh<\/a>, photos revealing notes exchanged between 2 neighbors sharing a Wi-Fi password<\/strong> went viral.<\/p>\n

From the pictures, readers could see that a movie buff who seemed to have encountered a sudden loss of Wi-Fi connection while watching a movie had no choice but to approach her neighbor. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In her candid note placed at her neighbor\u2019s door, she wrote, \u201cHey bro! I\u2019m very shy <\/strong>to ask you for your Wi-Fi password. But I desperately need to watch movies <\/strong>so I decided to take a leap of faith.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Alongside the note were 2 snack bars<\/strong> as tokens of her goodwill and a pencil<\/strong>, which indicated that she anticipated his reply.<\/p>\n

In response to the girl\u2019s honesty, her neighbor sent a reply back along with both snack bars, \u201cHi girl! My Wi-Fi password is \u2018from 1 to 10\u2019. Please take your snack bars back.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you very much. I\u2019m very grateful to have a kind-hearted neighbor like you.\u201d Touched by his reply, the girl sent a reply in a second note, but without taking the snack bars back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It remained unknown whether they met face-to-face after what could have been the beginning of an interesting relationship<\/strong>, but the girl was rewarded for her courage with her neighbor\u2019s Wi-Fi password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

However, some eagle-eyed Facebook users pointed out the reason why the girl\u2019s neighbor refused to take the snack bars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe snack bars have expired<\/strong>. Of course he had to return them,\u201d said Facebook user Nguy\u1ec5n V\u0103n Duy<\/a>, who cropped out a photo in the comment section and zoomed in on the expiry date that said \u201c13th April 2019<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The photos were shared on 4th August 2020<\/strong>, but the snack bars had already expired over a year ago. For this reason, some Facebook users might have thought that this was the main reason why the neighbor sent back the snack bars.<\/p>\n

In the girl\u2019s defense, according to Tr\u1ea7n Lan Anh<\/a>, the girl in the story was her friend, and the Wi-Fi incident had happened over a year ago <\/strong>when they were both in college.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we can rule out the snack bars\u2019 expiry date as the reason why they were sent back. Perhaps the neighbor didn\u2019t have a sweet tooth, or he just wanted to be on friendly terms with his neighbor.<\/p>\n
