Car drivers can park in the lot of the General Library of H\u1ed3 Ch\u00ed Minh City, which is right next to the museum. The parking fees vary from <\/span><b>VND5,000<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to <\/span><b>VND10,000 (~USD0.22 to USD0.44)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> depending on the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having parked your vehicle, you can buy tickets at the counter right next to the museum gate. The price for an adult visitor is <\/span><b>VND30,000 (~USD1.32)<\/b><b>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you bring along a digital camera, an extra fee of <\/span><b>VND20,000 (~USD0.88)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be applied. In fact, they exhibit cultural artefacts of southern Vietnam in the late 19th and early 20th century.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Room 5A, you will discover colourful wedding rituals of not only the Vietnamese but also the Khmer, Hindu, and Chinese communities in the region. Meanwhile, Room 5B is dedicated to <em>C\u00e0i l\u01b0\u01a1ng<\/em>, or Vietnamese modern opera.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>The first floor: war history and cultural exhibitions<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Rooms 6 and 7 on the first floor, you can have a closer look at the Saigonese people&#8217;s struggles during the 20th century. These rooms are subsequently divided into smaller sections focusing on different phases of S\u00e0i G\u00f2n during the Indochinese and the Vietnam Wars.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In one corner of the room, you can find sketches and clothes of Vietnamese soldiers to a model of a Ho\u00e0ng C\u1ea7m stove, a cooking system leaving almost no visible smoke.
