Although BKK’s city lifestyle prevents many of us from getting our own pets, we’re lucky enough to live in the age of pet cafes. Here are 7 adorable pet cafes in Bangkok to spend your time with cute critters.
1. Dog In Town Ekkamai – cosy eatery with ‘BTS’ pups

Situated in the heart of Bangkok, Dog In Town is a cosy cafe with a gang of cute furry pups that dog-lovers can hang out with. The entrance fee is ฿300, which includes 1 free beverage listed on the menu like mango smoothie and coffee.

Customers can gently hug and play with the canine gang inside the restaurant or run around with them in the spacious green lawn outside.

Once inside, you’ll be greeted with the friendly dogs with names like Nana, Ari, and Asok. If these names sound familiar to you, it’s because the doggos here are named after Bangkok’s BTS stations, which is super cute.

Big Dog Cafe is another popular destination for canine lovers in Bangkok. This is a cafe where you can get up close and personal with the bigger good boys and girls for ฿215.
For the doggos’ well being, all the pups won’t be present in the playroom all the time, but will be brought out in groups so that they have a chance to take a break from all that playing.

Although the dining area and the playroom are separated from each other, you might still get a visit from a couple of canine friends while you’re enjoying some cake or iced coffee.

The Fairy Door is a whimsical cafe and restaurant in Thonglor with an Alice in Wonderland theme. And if you look more closely, you’ll spot a group of cute furry kitties lying around, waiting for you to befriend them.
All the kitties here are given liberty to roam around freely like a boss. They might even decide to chill on a vacant seat near you and accompany you during the meal!

Corgi in the Garden is nothing short of paradise for that one friend who prides themselves as the #1 corgi fan. Everybody knows how expensive corgis can be, especially in Thailand, so here’s our chance to mingle with these munchkins.

Though all the corgis here look similar, you don’t have to worry about not being able to tell them apart because each wears a scarf with their name on it.

The playroom is separated from the dining area for hygiene reasons, and it is a sizable room filled with many cat toys. Here you can spend your purr–fect day with the kitties until 7pm, which is the time they’ll need to rest.
