But not everyone is lucky enough to win the cash prizes. So Pen Nueng Mookata, a mookata buffet restaurant in Khon Kaen, launched a special promotion where customers can trade their failed lottery tickets for a 10% off* full price (฿99).

Since the lottery in Thailand is drawn twice a month, on the 1st and 16th day, this promotion is also available on those days accordingly.Â
*The promotion can be used for 2 or more people with 1 lottery ticket.

Mr. Somneuk Thongkum, the owner, told Esan Daily that he knew people often wanted to get some money from the lottery prizes and are often left disappointed when they don’t win anything. So, he wanted to console them by offering a discount and save their money.
And for Thai people, mookata can cure everything.
