Super Volcano King comes with a creamy egg on rice, topped with spicy chilli paste sauce and various toppings. The dish serves 4-5 people – it’s made of 5 cups of rice and 4 eggs for a creamy delight!
The dish comes with a huge amount of ingredients, including pork, minced pork, pork liver slices, pork ribs, bacon, shrimp, and squid. All toppings are stir-fired with a chilli paste and shrimp paste mixture. Everything tasted really fresh and had a good bite.
Though the meal is huge, it does not scrimp on flavour. The sauce is flavourful and spicy, with a strong fragrance from the shrimp paste and basil.
If you don’t have the stomach for their giant omelette rice, the restaurant has many other traditional Thai and fusion dishes at regular sizes starting from ฿80. Surprisingly, you can enjoy a hi-so meal of Foie Gras here at an affordable price starting from ฿150-฿300, depending on the size.
