This Stone Park Looks Like Something Out Of ‘Raya & The Last Dragon’ & Is Only 2H From BKK

Khao Ngu National Park in Thailand

Provinces close to Bangkok are the real hidden gems among locals because mass tourism tends to focus on hyping up Northern and Southern Thailand

Tucked away in the west of Thailand is Khao Ngu National Park in Ratchaburi  this beautiful work of nature looks like scenes from ‘Raya The Last Dragon’.

Khao Ngu National Park is 2 hours from Bangkok

You’ll find a number of mega rocks in the stone park that is neatly wrapped in bodies of water – it’s truly a geological art of work. Who’d think a beautifully designed park would be only just 2 hours away from Bangkok?

At Khao Ngu, visitors can witness a large pond that divides the stone hills.

To get around the park, non-nature enthusiasts can take the paved ways and connect bridges – which also double as Instagram-worthy spots. For those who enjoy taking the rocky trails, there are some paths you can travel.

The sights are so serene that you can temporarily forget about the bustling city – Khao Ngu also gets bonus points because shots are perfecto in almost every angle.

The park is full of hidden spots for panoramic views and shots, it’s almost like you’re out of touch from the city completely.

Adventure is calling

There are some sites in Khao Ngu that remind you of Bukit Timah National Reserve in Singapore

You can bring your own props for a day in nature, or a photoshoot. Actually, there are some chairs and benches that are used by the local staff and hawkers – that can be included in your shots.

Beautiful rocky hill park

Khao Ngu can temporarily teleport you into a secluded forest or small nature reserve – it’s really up to your imagination. It’s very popular amongst locals and recently slowly becoming popular for foreign tourists as well, so it’d be best to head over before it gets too crowded

Come check out this geographical enchantment, where you could appreciate nature more.
