With the intention to promote the uniqueness of Thai recipes and culture, PARADAi decided to challenge the world of chocolate by mixing green curry paste with creamy white chocolate.

The result is a creamy and sweet chocolate with a strong scent of green curry herbs.

This surprising combination won the International Chocolate Award 2019 in Italy, and the chocolatiers plan to distribute this in a bar version soon at Siam Paragon.

For anyone who wants to give this a try, the green curry chocolate is currently available as bonbons at PARADAi’s cafe outlet at ฿70/piece

Aside from the delicate process of chocolate crafting, PARADAi also focuses on supporting Thai agriculture by using local ingredients.

They use cocoa from Thailand’s Nakhon Sri Thammarat province to make their goodies, which is done at their very own chocolate factory-cum-cafe – ภราดัย (PARADAi) Crafted Chocolate & Cafe
