Wagyu sandwiches at EmQuartier
The sandwich is simple yet classic snack that is good no matter what time of the day – breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Dr. Sandwich at EmQuartier takes the normal sandwich and changes the game by offering customers grilled sandwich stuffed to the brim with wagyu beef slices and gooey cheese sauce.
Wagyu sandwich with melted cheese
The Wagyu Sandwich (฿180/3 pieces) is the store’s signature sandwich that gets the attention of all food lovers that walk by. To make your sandwich more perfect, we recommend ordering it with Swiss Melted Cheese (+฿20) or Italian Truffle Cheese (+฿50).
Shortly after the scent of grilled bread wafted through the air, we got our order – Wagyu Sandwich With Swiss Melted Cheese (฿200/3 pieces). This came with grilled white bread stuffed with succulent wagyu beef slices.
We then drizzled the cheese all over our bread, making it even more mouth-watering.
One bite was all we needed to fall in love. The bread was soft and had a wonderful creaminess thanks to the added butter, and the beef had a nice chewy textured without being overcooked. It was flavoured with teriyaki sauce, which made it sweet and salty.
Every bite was made even better with all that cheese we poured on the top. This is something cheese lovers shouldn’t miss.
Aside from slices of wagyu, you can also opt for kurobuta pork or select wholewheat (+฿25) or garlic bread (+฿35) instead of a normal white sandwich slices.
Drinks are available at ฿85 like Mixed Berry Fizzy, Yuzu Butterfly Pea Fizzy, and Brown Sugar Bubble Tea.
An accessible spot at EmQuartier
Dr. Sandwich is located in Helix Sky Dining on the 6th floor of EmQuartier shopping centre.
The store is stands out thanks to its 2D black and white setting, which makes it look like a cartoon come to life. Besides enjoying their delicious sandwiches, you can also get a photoshoot and pretend to be in a dollhouse.
We can assure you that the sandwiches tasted just as good even when we reheated our takeaways. If you’re around the area, don’t hesitate popping by for lunch.
