Bangkok Hospital, in cooperation with Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok, has just launched a 14-day Health Watch programme. With this package, Thais and expats with no COVID-19 symptoms prior to the stay can practice self-quarantine in a luxurious hotel suite with top-notch medical care and world-class hotel amenities.

Sounds like a treat for anyone who is already bored of staying at home, huh!

Medical care provided by Bangkok Hospital

Bangkok Hospital will provide an initial consultation for guests to have with their doctors before the stay. During the stay, nurses will be doing daily health monitoring and preparing immune system boosting supplements to ensure you’re in the pink of health during your stay.

On the 13th day of your stay, a free COVID-19 test will be conducted. If tested positive, guests will be immediately brought to Bangkok Hospital by ambulance to receive the necessary treatment.

As Thailand is in partial lockdown with all entertainment venues closed, staying at home can be boring. With this package, you can enjoy a next-level hotel room in the city centre (no going out, of course) all for yourself.

If you are currently working from home, you can think about changing your working environment – a writing desk and high-speed WiFi are provided for all rooms.

Working non-stop can be exhausting, so get a freshly brewed coffee from the coffee machine or cool refreshments from the minibar to boost your energy.

After all that relaxing, you can enjoy a hot shower or bath in the room’s Japanese-style bathroom with all the complimentary toiletries you need.

Last on the list of reasons why you should try this unique experience out is that 3 meals are provided daily. Food delivery can take a long time during COVID-19 with everyone relying on it, and cooking can be time-consuming. Instead, give yourself a treat and enjoy a stress-free stay here.

The package costs ฿50,000 (~USD1,524.34) net for single room occupancy and is valid until 31 May 2020.

So if you’re one of those people who can’t wait to go on vacation once COVID-19 is all over, go for a little “staycation” right in Bangkok to soothe that travel bug.
