Bangkok family murdered in shooting
A family of 5 have been found dead in Bangkok in what police suspect to be a murder-suicide this morning.
Thai PBS World reported that neighbours heard several gunshots coming from the house, located in Bangkok’s Suksawat area. The police had been called immediately.

When they arrived at the scene, they discovered the bodies of a woman, three men, and a 9-year-old boy lying in blood on the floor. One of the men was also found with a pistol still in his hand.
According to the superintendent of Thung Khru police station, Pol Col Suravet Karnwattanasirikul, the family worked together in trading auto parts. They also found that the man with the gun was the owner of the company, though the motive for the killings, or possibly a multiple suicide, is still unclear.
This is shocking and our condolences are with the bereaved.
