Bangkok Design Week 2020 (BKKDW2020) is an artsy event showcasing new Thai creative industrial designs, art exhibitions, and installations.
The event will be mainly be taking place at The Grand Postal Building in Bang Rak. But installations, exhibitions, talk shows, and tours will be scattered around the city during the event’s period.

At the central venue, you can expect exhibitions showcasing art design and a creative market, selling crafted goods, as well as food and drinks.
The market will be open from 6th – 9th February, 4pm – 10pm. Don’t miss the dates!

At night, don’t miss out on the amazing light show with the theme “2020 Year of Rat” which will have the entire Grand Postal Building as a backdrop.
Besides the grand light show, you can’t miss out on strolling around the neighbourhood for other installations. Because these shows are smaller in size, you can interact with them more closely.

Most of the installations will be located close to each other within walking distance, so don’t worry about getting too tired.

If you have enough time, join a free water-colour painting workshop* on 8th February 2020, from 10am – 7pm.
*The maximum participants is 20 people, so hurry.
Worried about your painting skills? Don’t be, because no basic art skill is required. You’ll be taught to draw beautiful landscapes of Bangkok from scratch. For more details and to book your spot, click here.
