Kuay Teow Reua Buffet in Bangkok
Noodles are an easy choice for lunch when living or visiting Thailand. But sometimes, one bowl of noodles doesn’t hold you over till dinner, and some stalls aren’t cheap for seconds or thirds.
Kuay Teow Reua is a boat noodle shop located deep within a Wang Thonglang alley, and they have all-you-can-eat noodles as long as you finish them.

To order food, you write down your table number, what kind of noodles you’d like, and how many. You then stab your order on the bill pin stand and wait for your table number to be called. The noodles you can choose from are:
- Small
- Large
- Glass noodles
- Rice vermicelli
- Egg noodles
- Mama noodles
And you can pick either pork or beef.
The small bowls of boat noodles were deceiving at first – it didn’t seem like eating a dozen would be enough. However, one person can manage about 6 plates before feeling full. They give you a lot more noodles than meat and veggies, so this is good news if you like noodles.
The noodle soup here is particularly thick and brown, with a sweet-salty taste so there’s no need to add more spice unless you prefer it spicier.

Be sure to make room for desserts as well, since it comes with the buffet. You can cool off with a bowl of assorted jellies (e.g. a bowl of grass jelly) and pandan tea. If you aren’t full yet, you can refill all you want as well. But don’t get greedy because the shop has a ฿20 fine for unfinished food.
Boat noodle buffet for cheap
If you are looking for a cheap boat noodle buffet with a three-course meal, Kuay Teow Reua Buffet is light on your wallet but filling for your appetite.
It is about 10 minutes by car from MRT Lat Phrao station. But keep in mind that the store is very busy and has very limited parking space, so it’s better to take a cab.
