As you drive up to the resort, you’ll find it hard to decide which to focus on, a green farm, cosy white tents, or a sea of thick fog on the other side.

Once you turn off your engine in the lot, you might struggle to resist the impulse to rush out and watch the dense mist floating down below the doi. The cloud of fog is so thick, all you’ll see is an expansive space stretching before you that’s all covered in white wisps of mist.

If the height of the hill doesn’t satisfy you, look out for the viewpoint that lets you go up and snap some pics of the morning sunrise.

As with most accommodations, we know it takes some time to decide on what kind of room to stay in. No worries, we’ll provide some info to help with your decision.

If you’re a tourist who has stayed in many luxury hotels before, it’s nice to switch up the ambience by sleeping in a glamping tent for a night.

This low-budget Glamping Tent goes for ฿1,990 (~USD60)/night – including breakfast – so you can dig into a warm bowl of rice the moment you wake up.

For the second option, this Rustic Glass House goes from ฿1,290 (~USD39)/night with a roomy courtyard that overlooks the villages along the hill.

Head into the house, to peer through this big glass window that’ll offer you an immersive view of the roiling clouds amongst the mountains at daybreak.

Also, you’ll probably be able to slip in some IG stories on the seat pad beside the window while chilling with a cuppa tea at midday.

Otherwise, we’ve scoped out this flower garden near the resort for you.

This is Rai Dok Saeng Tawan, located close to Moncanindoi. It’s a newly-opened verbena garden, which has gained a lot of popularity lately. Driving from Baan Phu Mok to the garden only takes about 11-15 minutes, so I’d say it’s pretty a short ride.

Admittedly, whether you’re a flower lover or not, it’ll be hard not to get immersed in this charming garden.
