Supporting local talent has never been this easy

Literature should be free for all! Local works need to be recognized! Both are very true and thanks to the Quarterly Literary Review Singapore (QLRS), they’ve been true for some time now. #supportlocaltalent
Nowadays, you can no longer say that local literary works are hard to come by. QLRS features every kind of written work that you can imagine. There’s poems, short stories, criticisms and more, all written by local writers. And if you’re just checking it out now, you’ve got a whole back catalogue of quarterlies dating all the way back to 2001 at your disposal.
Supporting local talent begins at acknowledging the diverse talents available and QLRS does exactly that. It has always been a great platform for local talents both new and established to let their stories have reach and due recognition. Nowhere else can you go to read works by the likes of Alvin Pang and Cyril Wong together with up-and-coming writers who, in their own right, are bound to make a name for themselves.
