Dairy & Cream is a Singapore food blog run by friendly foodie Li Tian. She is currently a Freelance writer for Japanese and English magazines and she does translation jobs as well.

Because she is based in Japan, her blog offers a unique Singapore Japan perspective. One area is dedicated to Japanese food reviews and another for Singaporean food reviews.
