Fauzie Laily was originally the quarter finalist in Mediacorp's Suria channel competition, Anugerah. He joined the same competition once again and succeeded in being the 2nd runner up this time.
Apart from singing, Fauzie Laily dabbled in the acting and hosting arenas too. He hosted Anugerah 2007 alongside veteran host, Nurul Aini.
Additionally, he attained the Best Newcomer Award from an award show called Pesta Perdana.
He is currently prepping himself up for his debut theatrics performance via the Tom Robinson character, in a play called To Kill A Mockingbird. Simultaneously, he is working on his self composed and produced 3rd single.
