Shopee SG is a mobile marketplace for users to buy and sell items instantly from their mobile device. Their in-app features are designed to facilitate online transactions, such as requiring buyers to make payments through Shopee and an integrated delivery service.
2) The system will auto closed your order regardless whether you received the order.
3) You cannot dispute and no easy help option available unless you do Google to search.
4) Solving problem is only by email and wait and wait.
5) Take note that seller might use the same tracking number to multiple customers & system will track as customer had received and you order will be automatically closed and nothing you can do about it. Especially now Singpost has quite a number of throwing away mails.
The alternative; AliExpress has better dispute resolution; (Confirmed/Disputed; resolve with the seller; AliEx step in if not agreed). Most of the time you can choose to order item with free shipping, I know fee already factor in, with comfortable price. By the way, I am not from AliEx, just sharing experience and hope Shopee can improve. Anyway, I will delete my Shopee account once my LAST order is completed.

Please think twice about buying from Shopee. Lazada is a much better platform - no question asked. Lazada will refund when you report any damaged item received or will take effort to resolve dispute.
Would encourage to boycott Shopee as they protect their sellers a lot. If you face any problem, they'll just tell you to report but with no actions done. Unethical sellers are still allowed to sell without facing any punishment. Lots of counterfeits there too - gotta be extremely careful as 99% of counterfeit sellers market their items as authentic products.
