Sometimes I wonder why Lucky Plaza has not gone on renovation yet? It's not exactly an eyesore, but I feel like it's a bit out-of-place in glitzy Orchard Road, amongst the nearby Chanel and Prada stores.
I've only been here a few times, mostly for the pizza hut outlet there (exceptional service) and once to explore the interior of Lucky Plaza.. and i must say, there's a lot to be improved on. I'm not saying that it should be remade into another generic mall, but something could be done?
The shops are all largely uninteresting and on that one time I went to the upper floors, some were closed and those that were open doesn't really seem to call me in. You could find cheaper/better alternatives elsewhere, actually.
