I love shopping for accessories and Diva is always at the top of my mind when I decide to buy new accessories. There are too many things I like about Diva. Firstly, they have a deep variety of accessories available, and every design is really unique. Furthermore, they’re extremely affordable. The store layout and design is very attractive as well and everything in the store is organised by the colour, which is very useful if you’re looking for a particular design or a particular colour, but Diva serves well to fulfil hedonic needs as well since it’s rather relaxing to stroll around the store. The level of service provided is extremely good as well, no matter which outlet you go to.

Diva might seem like an accessories shop for young girls as the colours of the accessories are mostly bright and colourful. You will be surprise as they do have accessories for the working class group as well. And there is always a little girl in every lady too isn’t it?

I like that Diva actually sort their accessories by colours or themes, such as Racing Hair (oversize ribbons or headbands), Pastel Luxe (trendy looking metallic pieces with pastel enamel – my personal favourite range) and Electric Blue (all things blue). It is fun to browse through all the different items that they have. The accessories are also trendy so it attracts many young ladies who loves to dress up to the latest trends. The prices are reasonable as well.

Periodically, Diva holds a sale that can be as high as 50% off so prices can be really cheap. But if you are looking for Small sizes rings during a sale period, it is usually sold out and are left with the Ms and Ls which is great for me.

The only down side is that it can be quite cramp as they have shelves in the middle of the shop and it gets more crowded when a sale is going on.

Diva is always stocked with the latest designs of accessories, from necklaces to earrings to other quirky pieces of fashion accessories. While the accessories are many and beyond, they are still always sorted out neatly in sections like colours and kids. Hence it makes it easier to look for pieces to suit the outfits.

Originally from Australia and New Zealand, the chain have expanded out into having as many as 160 stores in the two continients itself. Today stores of Diva range from Asia to the Middle East as they continue expanding as the cheap alternative accessories giant. What I really like about Diva is that it has all the essential products that is needed, in all shapes and colours. There are many alternatives to a particular design of a ring, and I always find myself wanting to buy down the whole store.

From looking for the dressy accessory to the everyday bracelet, Diva carries all of it. The kids section is especially interesting because from time to time they would have collaborations like Sesame Street, producing cute little Sesame Street earrings that are just too adorable. Also they would have beady bracelets that are just seemingly too cute to resist!

Girls love this shop. Once you enter the shop, you might not want to leave anytime soon, plenty of cute and stylish accessories that would accentuate your beauty. Diva has a wide range of accessories from necklace, beads, earring, hair accessories and more.

I am not really an accessories fan, but every time I go to Diva, I was just amazed by the amount of items you can get in there. But be informed that some items are not worth buying and the quality is a big no no. The other day, I purchased one necklace for my sister and it costs around $20-$25. After 2 weeks of wearing it, the chain goes rusty and can't be used anymore. Well, at least I would take it as a lesson that cute and pretty items might not be of good qualities.

The items that I would recommend the ladies to get here is the hair accessories. There are plenty of them, take your time to choose. Usually, the hair bands are pretty and would last long , provided you also take good care of them. Each of them would range around $5-$20.  Also, look out for promotional and discounted items that would make a great deal for you and your girls.

Diva is a fashion jewellery chain. Not the place where you look fo diamonds, etc. It is more of costume jewellery where you look for fun fashion wears! Being a total jewellery junkie, I LOVE their stuff! In the shop, Diva classifies their jewellery according to colours! They have turquoise section, red, black, gold, silver, etc.

In terms of price, it is slightlyyy cheaper than places like Aldo and Topshop. However, I would suggest you to look out for their sales! They sell at AMAZING prices – say like 50% discount or sometimes even one for one! I used to buy their stuff at usual prices. But ever since I found out about their sales (Every half a year I think!), I’ve only shop during their sales! :D

Something that I’ve noticed on most of my jewellery from Diva. They tend to rust quite easily though it did not come into contact with water. Perhaps it is due to my sweat or something. But Diva’s jewellery doesn’t last as long as those from Aldo and Topshop!

One last tip, before you purchase anything from Diva, look for cheaper alternatives in places like Forever 21. You may find something similar. You need not necessary splurge on something that rust so easily.

Quite pricey, excluding times when they have a sale

Diva has been one of the more famous accessory stores in Singapore. I reckon that if you mention the brand name “Diva” to any females from the ages 15 (maybe even 13 now that the society is modernising so quickly) and above, they will be able to tell you that they have stepped into the store to take a look at the stuff they offer. Purchasing the accessories, however, is another issue.

I remember patronising the store a few years ago, when I was really crazy about accessories. Yes, I admit that they do have pretty little pieces in store. The ones which really get my attention would be those with a “vintage” feel. You know, with all the worn out brass like colour and the chunky pieces of acrylic right smack in the middle. When you really want something, you won’t really care about the price. That was what happened to me back then. But now when I think about it, $25 for a thin bracelet with no more than 3 charms, is really quite expensive. No matter how vintage it looks like. Since then, I started to really watch the prices of the accessories I buy from Diva.

Other than when they have a sale, I don’t think the stuff there are really worth the price attached to it.

I used to love Diva accessories when I was 15 or 16, but as I grew older, my tastes changed and recently, I have gone more for quality rather than quantity.

Diva is cute and spunky, pink and girly, and its accessories can be divided into an array of categories. Each piece can transform you into a rock chick, a glamorous diva, a sparkly princess, a Tribeca hippie or a bohemian islander. The best part about Diva is definitely the sales. With pieces going for no more than 9 dollars, girls and women alike are sure to flock to this store for their accessory fix.

However, the quality of Diva's accessories is sub-par. Rings tarnish within a few wears or with immediate contact with water or sweat, and basically all their gold or silver-plated accessories fade in shine after a while as well. I would much rather purchase jewelry from high street labels like Topshop or River Island during their sales rather than from a Diva sale as I know the quality from the former stores will be slightly better than Diva's.

I used to come out of the store with many new accessories in tow. Now, I come out of the store with merely a pair of earrings or two. Something that wouldn't tarnish as much.

Diva is like an accessories paradise for girls of all age. Walked in the store and you don’t know where to set your eyes on as there are just too many gorgeous pieces that you want to look at. An avid fan of accessories, I always stay inside the store for at least 30 minutes to pick up a new accessory to add on to my personal collection(oops!) Diva makes it easy for shopper by separating their products into different themes/colours so that you can save some time if you’re looking for a specific look/colour. The sales assistants are all warm and polite as they recommend and give you their opinion if you’re spoilt for choice:)

affordable jewelry and accessories that make good gifts

Providing a range of affordable accessories, from bracelets and necklaces to rings and hairbands, they can all be found at Diva.

The items are launched based on different themes regularly. And Diva even has a separate section for children. Coming in various packs, of six, 15 and more, each pair costs around $2, and is probably the cheapest item in the store. It is definitely a good option to share the set with friends, since they do not last long when left unused.

Diva holds sales regularly, be it 50% off certain items or buying 3 for the price of 2. However, by this time the nicer designs and especially the smaller sizes of rings will be out of stock. There will still be rare and cheap finds amongst them all though.

The service crew at Diva is friendly and welcomes people into the store, even during peak periods. They will also offer a basket, should you have an item in hand and offer to help choose out items. Also, they do not follow customers around the store if their assistance is not required. From afar, Diva is a very brightly lit store.

Anyone who enters Diva would be wowed by the dazzling display of accessories. The huge range of necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings (you name it) is sorted into various themes for the convenience of shoppers. Personally, I feel that it is a rather smart move because women usually look for matching accessories. Definitely a plus point for the shop.

The accessories are trendy and do not appear to be cheap-looking, if you get what I mean. However, I must say that the items are quite overpriced. Some statement necklaces can go up to SGD40. Nonetheless, it is still a cheaper alternative to shops like Accessorize.

Regarding the quality of accessories...Well, I bought some necklaces from Diva about a couple of years ago and they have since became tarnished. A piece of advice for accessories fans out there: you could apply a layer of nail polish top coat to prevent tarnishing!
