Watsons have a card that you can buy from them which earns you points for shopping at their outlets. These points can be use to redeem an item of your choice. The card though needs to be activated online. I did this thinking it would be good to earn some points and use it on a few things I was eyeing.
When next I went to Watsons after activating it to use my membership card, they told me it was not activated. So I went home and check online at their website. Their site told me my card was activated. So I head back to another outlet, and they told me the same thing. My Watsons card was not activated.
This was already frustrating. I gave up after trying two more times and the staff could not explain why my card was not working. I tried finding the contacts for Watsons but no such luck. Seems they don't want to be contacted at all.
I threw away my card in disgust. I did not want to waste my money on buying another card and go through all that again.
